with bacon or sausages
Breakfast is served with coffee, tea,
 fruits juices, toasts, honey,

Lunch:

Quiche Lorraine served with endives,
nuts and gruyere salad
Shrimps, scallops and smoked salmon salad
Marinated chicken kebabs with yogurt and 
cucumber sauce served  with taboule salad
Homemade pizza with "salade niçoise".
All lunches are served with a choice of
  fresh fruits.

Dinner:                                                             
Chicken Colombo - made with Caribbean spices - served with basmati rice
Dolphin fish on the BBQ with Creole sauce served with corn on the cob and zucchini flan
Beef tenderloin and his blue cheese sauce with "gratin dauphinois" a traditional French recipe
Fish soup served with garlic croutons, sauce "rouille" and grated cheese,
followed with fresh pastas "aux trois saumons"
And Lady Anne's specialties as "paella, cataplana, bouillabaisse"
All main courses are followed with a homemade dessert.
